JavaScript Job: Front End Engineer (M-W-D)

JMarquardt eLearning GmbH provides specialized online solutions as individual modules or as complete systems for virtual events, OnDemand platforms with e-libraries, e-learning, online community networks, live events and similar. We provide our customers, especially medical associations and companies, with comprehensive advice and design the technical system landscape around events, webinars, OnDemand libraries, online continuing education with assessments and certifications, etc. Our systems work closely together with the solutions of the other companies in the group.

For the support of our Software Development Team we are looking for a Software Developer Frontend (f/m/d) in full-time with location Berlin or Krailling.

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluation and integration of new frontend technologies
• Dashboard development
• Analysis of customer requests and their impact on the technical implementation
• independent, innovative UI frontend development for our live production systems
• Development of new web front-end systems, web interfaces and applications with different technologies and frameworks
• Maintenance and implementation of web applications
• Cross-team work in innovative projects

Your profile:

• completed subject-relevant studies (computer science, business informatics or similar) or a comparable completed technical education
• profound experience in the development of web front-end applications
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, WebSocket, Bootstrap, Backbone.js and CoffeeScript.js and the structuring and implementation of front-end applications is of great advantage
• Experience with WebRTC, React.js, AWS, Nginx/Apache and Linux Server desirable
• high degree of care, reliability, readiness and commitment
• Business fluent English, good German skills are an advantage
• Quality awareness, independent work and problem solving

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

• Evaluation und Integration von neuen Frontend-Technologien
• Dashboard Entwicklung
• Analyse von Kundenanfragen und deren Auswirkung auf die technische Umsetzung
• eigenständige, innovative UI Frontend-Entwicklung für unsere Live-Produktionssysteme
• Entwicklung neuer Web-Frontend-Systeme, Web-Oberflächen und Applikationen mit unterschiedlichen Technologien und Frameworks
• Wartung und Implementierung von Web-Applikationen
• teamübergreifende Arbeit in innovativen Projekten

Ihr Profil:

• abgeschlossenes fachrelevantes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.) oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
• fundierte Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Web-Frontend-Anwendungen
• Kenntnisse mit HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, WebSocket, Bootstrap, Backbone.js und CoffeeScript.js und der Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Frontend-Anwendungen sind von großem Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit WebRTC, React.js, AWS, Nginx/Apache und Linux Server wünschenswert
• hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
• verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
